Continued from Part 2

How many ways can a family be torn apart? Addiction, neglect, separation, divorce, abandonment, death, war, mental illness, gambling, incest, infidelity… and that’s just for starters.

With so many forces at work tearing families apart, isn’t it time a guide was written about putting one together?

Search the internet on how to set up a business or corporation, you will find lots of detailed and highly professional advice. Search for how to build a family, however, and you will find a lot of vague, unstructured advice, such as ‘Communicate and make sure you spend time together’.

We will try and keep things interesting and not too dry. But wishy washy and unstructured is not what you will get here.

This programme is not about platitudes. It is about setting up a financially, emotionally, and physically solid and functional family.

Does Your Family Have an Operational Handbook?

The best-run families in the world are still vulnerable. If the foundations your family are built on are not documented with guidelines available for every family member to reference, what will become of that stability and structure when the leaders of your family age and die?

The Process

Once you are subscribed to Kim or Steve’s members’ groups, you will gain access to the Good Fathers and Mothers programme.

This will give you materials, including:

A. A guideline to download and print for putting together your own Family Operational Handbook (FOH).

B. The Operating Life Formula (OLF) download to print. This booklet will help each family member determine for themselves what success level they are operating at. The OLF will also give members a very simple way of dealing with the negativity that may come up while making the agreements that will end up comprising your family’s own unique operations manual.

C. An OLF Level Summaries Card you can print and use for easy reference during meetings.

D. Five chapters to prepare you and your partner for leading a Decision-Making Process (DMP) with each other or all family members.

E. Comments sections and private Facebook groups for support from Steve, Kim, and other group members.

For a short time only while launching this programme, we are running a members’ special:

At present, we are including this programme as part of Kim and Steve’s members’ groups. If you are already a member you will get immediate access. Just click on the Member’s Dashboards Link at the top right hand menu of this page and look for The Good Fathers and Mothers Dashboard.

You will only need your partner to join Kim or Steve’s Group, if they haven’t already.

If neither of you are members yet, you will both need to join.

At $19.95 USD a month per subscription, this programme costs less than a monthly date night. How many of those have you tried? Going out and relaxing might be fun, but not if your family’s underlying structure is in tatters. And how much less expensive than marriage counselling or a divorce lawyer?

If you are already a member or you join us today, you will lock in this low subscription fee in perpetuity.

In single parent homes, one person can join, no problem.

If your partner is unwilling please note that this programme is only suitable for families where the adults are ready to work together on a better future.

If instead corruption has set in and one partner won’t cooperate to put a better foundation in place (and thinks themselves entitled to more than their share of the good stuff and less than their share of the hard stuff), please start here with our best seller Back From the Looking Glass – 13 Steps to a Peaceful Home. The flow chart at the very end of the book , which shows how to disrupt this abusive (corruption) cycle is worth the price of the book on its own!

If your partner hasn’t read this (updated) article series yet, please share the link to Part One below:
